Our sister company, Productivity Force, was awarded concrete works on the Northern Road Upgrade project in October 2018.
In just over two years, Productivity Force has offered paid employment opportunities on this exciting project to more than 11 Productivity Bootcamp graduates!
These roles include Formwork Apprentices, Concreting Apprentices and Construction Trainees.
Two of our Bootcamp Graduate apprentices have successfully gained their qualifications and are now fully qualified Formworkers! We are incredibly proud of you!
The upgrade is part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan, which will see a 35-kilometre section of The Northern Road upgraded to cater to the projected future population growth in Western Sydney.
Productivity Force continue to grow in strengths and are building a strong reputation in the industry which is seeing them win more contracts that, in turn, provide more even more employment opportunities for our Bootcampers!
