This month our Bootcampers were given the opportunity to gain real experience in Landscape Maintenance at the prestigious Fernhill Estate in Mulgoa.
Fernhill Estate is an iconic rural landholding overlooking the Mulgoa Valley. The Estate spans 383 hectares at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Our sister company, Productivity Force, was awarded the Landscape contract by NSW Government and, as part of the contract, they are restoring the Estate to its original glory.
Our Bootcampers were given real experience in lawn care and maintenance, repair and construction of timber fencing, repair and construction of stone walls and general landscape maintenance tasks. They worked together to produce some amazing results and many stated that the experience was one of the highlights of the program.
Productivity Force have employed 3 Bootcamp graduates to work within their crew on the project and the Site Supervisor has given positive feedback on their performance.

Fernhill Estate is an iconic rural landholding and is located less than an hour’s drive west of the Sydney CBD overlooking the Mulgoa Valley. The Estate spans 383 hectares of rolling parkland at the foot of the Blue Mountains, it encompasses a magnificent sandstone residence, additional cottages, a horse racing track and stables.
