Paul Breen is an experienced Construction Manager and formerly owned a successful civil construction company working on large projects. He experienced first hand the effect of the skills shortage in the industry and began experimenting with different crews and employing young people with no experience. He found that by tapping in to these young people in the right way, giving them challenges and benchmarks, proper training and a regular pat on the back, he was able to create a high performing team and culture. Confused about the negative media around young people and unemployment, Paul decided to sell his company and pursue his vision of building a training company that uses these learnings to build work ethic in young people and provide them with the skills needed to be productive workers. In 2015, Paul launched the first Productivity Bootcamp program and continues his mission to prove that this young generation will be the best workforce to ever hit this world.
